Deposit Policy

Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Txai Itacaré requires a further deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation/modification until 150 days prior arrival. If cancelled or modified between 150 & 20 days prior arrival, 50% of full stay will be penalized. Cancellations or modifications between 120 & 90 days of arrival, 100% penalty applied. Less than 90 days, in case of no-show and early departure, penalized 100% of stay.
