Deposit Policy

Tsala Treetop Lodge requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The 50% deposit will be charged directly by the hotel immediately after booking. The remaining balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 25 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 4 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
