This suite once used by Daphne’s family as a sprawling living room; these days, it’s the hotel’s largest suite. Its chief charm: a rambling terrace with a lofty al fresco lounge area, designed to maximise Santorini’s famous sunsets. Belvedere also has a private jacuzzi, set in what were once flowerbeds, with beautiful green tiling. Inside, highlights include the king-size bed, wood-clad ceiling, rain-head shower, vintage books, upcycled furniture and wine-crammed minibar. If you befriend the locals, there’s space on that terrace for them to join you. There’s a smart TV and tablet, but you’re probably not here to play with gadgets.
