Deposit Policy
For stays from 7 January to 28 February, 1 March to 30 April, 1 October to 23 December, and 24 December to 6 January, the total amount is due 30 days before arrival.
For stays from 1 May to 24 September, no deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
For stays between 7 January and 28 February cancellations made before 21 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge in full.
For stays between 1 March to 30 April and 25 October to 23 December cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to 1 night's room charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay.
For stays between 1 May to 24 October cancellations made within 3 days of arrival date are subject to 1 night's room charge.
For stays between 24 December and 6 January 2021 cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will incur a charge in full. ·
