Deposit Policy

The Royston requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. 25 per cent of the total stay will be taken as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be charged to you directly by the hotel or by MMS. If the full amount for your room has not been charged at the time of booking the remaining balance due will be charged at check-out. For group bookings (five rooms or more) the non-refundable deposit will be 50 per cent of the total stay.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will forfeit the 25 per cent deposit taken at booking. Cancellations received less than three days before arrival will also be charged for the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged in full.

There’s a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton linens and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and Meraki bath products. Each also has WiFi and tea and coffee. Hypoallergenic bedding is available on request. One of these rooms is pet-friendly (you'll need to request it in advance).
