Deposit Policy

The Olivar Suites requires a deposit of 15% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking for non-refundable rates.

Cancellation Policy

For flexible reservation stays from 2 May to 30 June 2024 and 1 September to 28 October 2024, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged the 15% deposit. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. For flexible reservation stays from 1 July to 31 August 2024 and 2 to 6 May 2024, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged the 15% deposit. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. For stays from 20 June to 10 September 2025, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for 30% of the stay. For stays from 2 May to 19 June 2025 and 11 September to 27 October 2025, cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged for 30% of the stay. For non-refundable rate stays, cancellations will be charged in full. At any time, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
