Deposit Policy

The Old Rectory requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The 20% deposit is non-refundable and must be paid within 14 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged directly by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or part cancellation (reduction in the number of guests, rooms, or nights) of a confirmed reservation, including changing the dates of travel, will result in the loss of the 20% deposit. Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation penalty. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be received within 30 days prior to arrival.
