Deposit Policy

In low season (4 January to 29 February 1 May to 30 September and 1 November to 24 December) full prepayment must be made seven days before arrival. In high season (1 March to 30 April and 1 to 31 October) 50 per cent must be paid when booking and full prepayment must be made 14 days before arrival. In peak season 50 per cent must be paid when booking and full prepayment must be made 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In low season (4 January to 29 February 1 May to 30 September and 1 November to 24 December) cancellations made less than three days before arrival will be charged for one night. In shoulder season (1 March to 30 April) cancellations made less than seven days before arrival will be charged for one night. In high season (1 to 31 October) cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. In peak season cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival (and early departures and no-shows) will be charged in full.
