The Nautilus Maldives requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For Ocean House, Beach House, Ocean Residence and Beach Residence stays from 1 November to 22 December 2024 and 1 November to 22 December 2025, the full payment is due 30 days before arrival. For stays in Two-bedroom Beach Residence, The Nautilus Retreat and The Nautilus Mansion, a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For Ocean House, Beach House, Ocean Residence and Beach Residence stays from 23 December 2024 to 10 January 2025 and 23 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, full payment is due 120 days before arrival. For stays in Two-bedroom Beach Residence, The Nautilus Retreat and The Nautilus Mansion, a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 120 days before arrival. For Ocean House, Beach House, Ocean Residence and Beach Residence stays from 11 January to 30 April 2025, the full payment is due 45 days before arrival. For stays in Two-bedroom Beach Residence, The Nautilus Retreat and The Nautilus Mansion, a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking and remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival. For Ocean House, Beach House, Ocean Residence and Beach Residence from 1 May to 30 September 2025, the full payment is due 21 days before arrival. For stays in Two-bedroom Beach Residence, The Nautilus Retreat and The Nautilus Mansion, a 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For Ocean House, Beach House, Ocean Residence, Beach Residence, Two-bedroom Beach Residence, The Nautilus Retreat and The Nautilus Mansion stays from 1 November to 22 December 2024 and 1 November to 22 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival; cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For Ocean House, Beach House, Ocean Residence, Beach Residence stays from 23 December 2024 to 10 January 2025 and 23 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, you can cancel for free up to 90 days before arrival; cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. For The Nautilus Retreat and The Nautilus Mansion stays, cancellations made within 120 days before arrival will be charged in full.
