Deposit Policy

The Lodge at Blue Sky requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between 1 January to 30 April 2023, 1 November to 21 December 2023, 8 January to 30 April 2024 and 1 November to 31 December 2024, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 48 hours before arrival. For stays between 1 May to 31 October 2023 and 1 May to 31 October 2024, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due seven days before arrival. For stays between 22 to 31 December 2023 and 1 to 7 January 2024, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. For all stays in Signature Suites, a two-night deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 1 January to 30 April 2023, 1 November to 21 December 2023, 8 January to 30 April 2024 and 1 November to 31 December 2024, cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are free of charge; those made within 48 hours will be charged in full. For stays between 1 May to 31 October 2023 and 1 May to 31 October 2024, cancellations made more than seven days before arrival are free of charge; those made within seven days will be charged in full. For stays between 22 to 31 December 2023 and 1 to 7 January 2024, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are free of charge; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. For all stays in Signature Suites, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are free of charge; those made within 30 days will be charged in full.
