Deposit Policy
For stays in Studio Suites, One-Bedroom Deluxe Suites, Two-Bedroom Suites and One-Bedroom Villas from 22 December 2019 to 6 January 2020, a non-refundable 50 per cent deposit is required 60 days before arrival; the remaining non-refundable balance is due 30 days before arrival. For stays in the Seminyak Suite, Sunset Suite, Legian Suite, the Beach House, the Kayu Aya Villa, Sunrise Villa and Joglo Club Villa from 8 Feb 2019 to 31 March 2020, a non-refundable 50 per cent deposit is required 90 days before arrival; the remaining non-refundable balance is due 45 days before arrival. No-shows or early departures from any room type will be charged for the entire length of the booked stay (including taxes and service charge).
All bookings are confirmed on receipt of the deposit, which must paid using either a Visa or MasterCard through the DOKU Internet payment gateway, and the same credit card must be presented at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 1 night.
