Deposit Policy

The Lakes by Yoo Hotel & Residences requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. This 30% deposit is non-refundable; the remaining balance is due six weeks before arrival. If booking a Garden Room, no deposit is required, but the total cost of the room is due two weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than six weeks before arrival will be charged 30% of the total stay; those made within six weeks of arrival will be charged in full. If booking a Garden Room, cancellations made within two weeks of arrival will be charged in full.
