Deposit Policy

The Kinloch Manor requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Credit card details are required to secure bookings

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 to 15 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the booking; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.

These 140sq m villas look out over the golf course towards Lake Taupo. Each has oak floors, a carbon-neutral fireplace, handmade rugs and an in-room freestanding bath tub; some also have a lounge with a fold-out sofa for an extra guest. In each, there’s also a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower (some are wheelchair accessible). Outside, each one-bedroom villa has a furnished private terrace and a private courtyard set up for alfresco dining. There’s also WiFi, a TV, an iPod dock, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and Matakana Botanicals bath products.
