Deposit Policy

A credit card is needed to confirm a booking. For bookings over Christmas and/or New Year a prepayment of 50 per cent is due 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for the February half term (14 February 2020 to 28 February 2020) can be cancelled for free up to 30 days before arrival. Bookings cancelled within 30 days will be charged in full. For all other dates bookings can be cancelled for free up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged in full. Bookings over the festive season (22 December 2020 to 4 January 2021) can be cancelled with no penalty up to 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 89 and 45 days of arrival will incur a 50 per cent penalty charge. Bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full.
