Deposit Policy
Soneva Jani requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays in peak season (17 December 2022 to 7 January 2023) a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 90 days before arrival. For stays in high season (6 February 2022 to 25 March 2022, 17 April 2022 to 8 May 2022, 23 July 2022 to 22 August 2022, 9 October 2022 to 16 December 2022, 8-20 January 2023, 29 January 2023 to 31 March 2023, 16 April 2023 to 6 May 2023, 15 July 2023 to 19 August 2023, 8 October 2023 to 15 December 2023) a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival. For stays in premium high season (26 March 2022 to 16 April 2022, 21-28 January 2023, 1-15 April 2023, 30 September 2023 to 7 October 2023) a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 60 days before arrival. For stays during shoulder season (9 May 2022 to 22 July 2022, 23 August 2022 to 30 September 2022, 7 May 2023 to 14 July 2023 and 20 August 2023 to 13 October 2023) a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays in peak season (17 December 2022 to 7 January 2023) cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival will forfeit the 25 per cent deposit, those made later will be charged in full. For stays in high season (6 February 2022 to 25 March 2022, 17 April 2022 to 8 May 2022, 23 July 2022 to 22 August 2022, 9 October 2022 to 16 December 2022, 8-20 January 2023, 29 January 2023 to 31 March 2023, 16 April 2023 to 6 May 2023, 15 July 2023 to 19 August 2023, 8 October 2023 to 15 December 2023) cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 25 per cent deposit, those made later will be charged in full. For stays in premium high season (26 March 2022 to 16 April 2022, 21-28 January 2023, 1-15 April 2023, 30 September 2023 to 7 October 2023) cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival will forfeit the 25 per cent deposit, those made later will be charged in full. For stays during shoulder season (9 May 2022 to 22 July 2022, 23 August 2022 to 30 September 2022, 7 May 2023 to 14 July 2023 and 20 August 2023 to 13 October 2023) cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 25 per cent deposit, those made later will be charged in full.
