Deposit Policy

Soneva Fushi requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For cancellations during peak season (18 December 2021 to 9 January 2022), a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 90 days before arrival. For stays in high season (11 January to 5 February 2021, 21 February to 26 March 2021, 11 April to 9 May 2021, 23 July to 22 August 2021, 1 to 22 October 2021, 1 November to 17 December 2021), a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival. For stays during premium high season (6 to 20 February 2021, 27 March to 10 April 2021, 23 to 31 October 2021), a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 60 days before arrival. For stays in shoulder season (10 May to 22 July and 23 August to 30 September 2021), a deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking and full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations during peak season (18 December 2021 to 9 January 2022), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays in high season (11 January to 5 February 2021, 21 February to 26 March 2021, 11 April to 9 May 2021, 23 July to 22 August 2021, 1 to 22 October 2021, 1 November to 17 December 2021), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
