Deposit Policy

For stays from 1 September to 22 December 2023, 17 April to 12 July 2024 and 1 September to 20 December 2024, full non-refundable prepayment is due 10 days before arrival. For stays from 6 January to 16 April 2024 and 13 July to 31 August 2024, full non-refundable prepayment is due 21 days before arrival. For stays from 23 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, full non-refundable prepayment is due 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 17 April to 12 July 2024, 1 September to 20 December 2024, 26 April to 11 July 2025 and 1 September to 20 December 2025, cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 13 July to 31 August 2024, 6 January to 25 April 2025 and 12 July to 31 August 2025 cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. 21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full.
