Deposit Policy

Six Senses Residences Courchevel requires a deposit of 10% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during peak season (26 December 2024 to 9 January 2025 and 14 to 22 February 2025), the full amount is required 60 days before arrival. For stays during premium shoulder season (14 to 25 December 2024, 10 January to 13 February 2025 and 23 to 31 March 2025), the full amount is required 40 days before arrival. For stays during shoulder season (6 to 13 December 2024 and 1 to 9 April 2025), the full amount is required 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (26 December 2024 to 9 January 2025 and 14 to 22 February 2025), cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during premium shoulder season (14 to 25 December 2024, 10 January to 13 February 2025 and 23 to 31 March 2025), cancellations are free up to 40 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during shoulder season (6 to 13 December 2024 and 1 to 9 April 2025), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
