Deposit Policy

Six Senses Laamu requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. From now till 21 December 2020, full payment is required 5 days prior to arrival. For stays during festive season (22 December 2020 to 5 January 2021, 22 December 2021 to 5 January 2022), full payment is required 90 days before arrival. From 6 January 2021 to 21 December 2021, 50 per cent deposit is required 28 days prior to arrival, and full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

From now till 21 December 2020, cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. For stays during festive season (22 December 2020 to 5 January 2021, 22 December 2021 to 5 January 2022), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. From 6 January 2021 to 21 December 2021, cancellations made between 28 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50 per cent charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge in full.
