Deposit Policy

Six Senses Crans-Montana requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Credit card details are required to confirm the booking – the hotel will send a secure link to provide them. For stays during peak season (15 December 2025 to 28 February 2026), full payment is taken 60 days before arrival. For stays during high season (1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026), full payment is taken 30 days before arrival. And for stays during shoulder season (1 April 2025 to 14 December 2025), full payment is taken two days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
