Deposit Policy

Please note: for new bookings made over Festive Season (15 December 2020 - 5 January 2021), the deposit required is 50% of the accommodation value. For travel up to and including 14 December 2021, all guest deposits will be 100% refundable up to 60 days before the date of travel. These terms will apply to any new bookings made as of 17 April, for travel up to and including 14 December 2021. These terms apply to FIT bookings only. New bookings can be held provisionally for up to 14 days, upon which time written confirmation, together with a receipt of the 25% deposit is required. (Receipt constitutes the deposit reflecting in Singita’s bank account.) Should the deposit not reflect in Singita’s bank account within the above time frame, the space will automatically release back into the system for resale. Singita’s standard T&Cs apply to all balance payments.
