Deposit Policy

Silversands Grenada requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A deposit of three nights is required when you book, with full payment due seven days before arrival. In high season, the balance is due 14 days before arrival. Over the festive season, a 50 per cent deposit is required, with the balance due by 1 September.

Cancellation Policy

In low and shoulder seasons (1 October to 19 December 2019, and 1 September to 17 December 2020; 19 April to 31 August 2020), cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival to avoid a charge. After this time, the deposit won’t be refunded; and within seven days of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged. In high season (6 January to 18 April 2020), cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival to avoid a charge. After this time, the deposit will be forfeited; and within 14 days of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be payable. For Christmas bookings (20 December 2019 to 5 January 2020, and 18 December 2020 to 5 January 2021), cancellations must be made before 1 September, otherwise the full amount of the stay will be charged.
