Deposit Policy

Silky Oaks Lodge requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Full payment must be made one month before arrival. All bookings over the Christmas and New Year period (22 December to 3 January inclusive), must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of one night’s accommodation within 14 days of booking, with full payment taken one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled for free up to one month before arrival. Those made within one month of arrival will be charged in full. For Christmas and New Year bookings (22 December to 3 January inclusive), cancellations at any time incur the cost of one night's stay, while those made within one month of arrival will be charged in full.
