Deposit Policy

The hotel charges a non refundable deposit of 1st night at the time of booking for all 2 nights and 3 nights stays in Superior rooms and Suites. For stays booked on the ‘Stay two nights in Superior and save 15%’ rate a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay is required when booking; the remaining balance is due at check-in. For stays booked on the ‘Stay two nights in Suite and save 22%’ rate a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay is required when booking; the remaining balance is due at check-in. For stays booked on the ‘Stay three nights in Superior and save 20%’ rate a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay is required when booking; the remaining balance is due at check-in. For stays booked on the ‘Stay three nights in Suite and save 25%’ rate a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay is required when booking; the remaining balance is due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 1 night. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before 12:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
