Deposit Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 10 to 20 April 2025 and 23 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, cancellation made up to 30 days before arrival, will be charged 25 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay as a penalty. For stays during the rest of the year, cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival will be charged 25 per cent of the total stay. Those made later will be charged in full. At all times, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full. In case a guest needs to request date changes, you may do so up to 20 days before arrival, and the 25% deposit is considered in favour of the new date. For date change requests within 20 days of arrival, the 25% deposit will be taken as a penalty.

Master Suite

Each of these 36sq m top-floor suites has direct access to a shared balcony with a hammock and either pool or sea views. Each suite is decorated with original works by Sandra Pérez and other local artists. In the living room, there are two inviting lounge chairs; the separate bedroom has a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with French-style bath tub and a walk-in shower. All rooms have a selection of local snacks, a Nespresso coffee machine and air-conditioning.

This split level villa has two bedrooms (with a king or double bed and an ensuite bathroom). It’s decorated with original works of Sandra Pérez and traditional Mexican furnishings. There’s a living room with cosy linen sofas, a fully kitted-out kitchen with refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and stove, and a dining room with a stocked bar. Handmade hammocks are hung on the private balcony. On arrival, guests staying in the villa will be welcomed with Mexican wine, assorted desserts, and coffee.
