Deposit Policy

Secret Bay requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A three-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. For 10+ night stays a 50% deposit at the Standard Rate is required.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in the Great Escape season (18 December 2024 to 8 January 2025), cancellations made more than 120 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 120 and 45 days before arrival will be charged the deposit amount, and those made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 90 and 21 days before arrival will be charged the deposit amount, and those made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
