Deposit Policy

Secret Bay requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A three-night deposit at the Standard Rate is required to guarantee a reservation. For 10+ night stays a 50% deposit at the Standard Rate is required.

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival will incur a charge of 3 nights. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
