Secret Bay requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A 3-night deposit at the Standard Rate is required to guarantee a reservation. For 10+ night stays, a 50% deposit at the Standard Rate is required.
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival to avoid a three-night stay room charge. Cancellations made less then 14 days before arrival with incur a charge in full. No shows will be charged in full including any food and beverage cost pre-ordered. Amendments within the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and as such are subject to cancellation fees. Bookings made during 20th January - 14th April 2017, and 16th December 2017 -13th April 2018 require a full prepayment at time of booking. This is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of the date of arrival.
