Deposit Policy

For standard- and flexible-rate stays no deposit is required. 100 per cent of the booking value is due 21 days before arrival. For semi-flexible and promotional rate stays, a 50 per cent non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remainder is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
