Deposit Policy

For stays on the semi-flexible rate, full non-refundable prepayment is required 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For flexible rate stays between 15 May 2023 to 15 October 2023 and 15 May to 15 October 2024, cancellations made within three days of arrival will be charged for one night. For stays in the Junior Suites, Sant Francesc Suite and the La Torre Studio, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for one night. If guests are staying on the semi-flexible rate cancellations must be made 30 days before arrival or incur a penalty charge.
