Deposit Policy

Samujana Villas requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during high season (1 July to 31 August 2023, 1 July to 31 August 2024, 1 October to 8 October 2024) full payment is due 30 days before arrival. For stays between 20 December 2021 to 7 January 2022 full payment is due 60 days before arrival. Stays during peak season (20 December 2022 to 7 January 2023, 19 January to 29 January 2023, 20 December 2023 to 7 January 2024, 9 February to 18 February 2024, 20 December 2024 to 7 January 2025) will be charged in full at any time. For stays during shoulder season (1 November to 19 December 2022, 8 January to 18 January 2023, 30 January to 30 June 2023, 1 September to 19 December 2023, 8 January to 8 February 2024, 19 February to 30 June 2024, 1 September to 30 September 2024 and 9 October to 19 December 2024) full payment is due 14 days before arrival.
