Deposit Policy

Sage Lodge requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A deposit equaling 50% of the reservation's value will be charged at time of booking. For Ranch House bookings year-round & for all other room types for stays between June-September, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For stays during the rest of the year, the balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is confirmed any later than the respective balance-payment due dates, 100% of the booking total will be due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For Ranch House bookings year-round & for all other room types for stays during June-September, you may cancel up until 30 days prior to arrival, and a 2.5% admin fee of the total booking amount will be charged. If cancelling within 30 days of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged as penalty. For stays between October–May, you may cancel free of charge up to seven days prior to arrival. If cancelling within 7 days of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged as penalty.
