Deposit Policy

Round Hill Hotel & Villas requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between January 4- April 30 & November 1 - December 19, 100% deposit due 35 days prior to arrival. For stays between May 1- October 31, 100% deposit due 35 days prior to arrival. For stays between December 20- January 3, 50% due at the time of booking; Remaining balance is due September 15. All festive bookings should be paid in full by September 15th.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between January 4- April 30 & November 1 - December 19, cancellations made outside of 30 days of arrival will not be charged cancellation made within 30 days will be charged 100% of the stay. For stays between May 1- October 31, cancellations made outside of 14 days of arrival will not be charged cancellation made within 14 days will be charged 100% of the stay. For stays between December 20- January 3, cancellations made prior to September 15, 50% of the stay will be retained as penalty; cancellations made after September 15, 100% of the stay will be kept as penalty.
