Cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. Please note that advance bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. For stays during festive season (23 to 27 December and 31 December to 2 January), cancellations made up to 1 December will be charged the deposit total; those made later will be charged for 50% of the stay.
