Deposit Policy
Rosewood Mayakoba requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.
For stays between 3 January and 21 December, the full amount is due 21 days before arrival.
For stays in suites, residences and the Presidential Suit over the festive season (22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026), a two night deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due by 19 December 2025.
For villa stays over the festive season (22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026), a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 180 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays between 3 January and 21 December, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
For stays in suites, residences and the Presidential Suit over the festive season (22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026), you can cancel for free up to 90 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
For stays in villas over the festive season (22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026), you can cancel for free up to 180 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
