Deposit Policy

Rosewood Las Ventanas al Paraíso requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For stays over the festive season (17 December 2022 to 2 January 2023 and 18 December 2023 to 1 January 2024) the two-night deposit is refundable until 15 July, and the full amount is required by 30 September.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for stays from 16 October to 16 December 2022, 3 January to 31 May 2023, 19 October to 17 December 2023, 2 January to 31 May 2024 and 17 October to 16 December 2024 will not be charged up to 28 days before your stay; after this time, you will be charged for two nights. Cancellations for stays from now until 15 October 2022, 1 June to 18 October 2023 and 1 June to 16 October 2024 will not be charged up to 14 days before your stay; after this time, you will be charged for two nights. For stays over the festive season, (17 December 2022 to 3 January 2023 and 18 December 2023 to 1 January 2024) cancellations made from 15 July to 29 September will be charged the deposit of two nights of the stay; those made after and on 30 September will be charged in full.
