Deposit Policy

Rosewood Cape Kidnappers requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. If you’re staying in the Grand Lodge Junior Suite, Grand Ridge Junior Suite, Hilltop Junior Suite or Hilltop Two-Bedroom Family Suite between 11 January to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 19 December 2026 or 11 January to 19 December 2027, a one-night deposit is due at the time of booking. If you’re staying in any of the Hawke’s Bay Villas or Suites between 1 April to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 19 December 2026 or 11 January to 19 December 2027, a one-night deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. For all stays between 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 or 20 December 2027 to 10 January 2028, full prepayment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you’re staying between 1 May to 30 September 2025, 1 May to 30 September 2026 or 1 May to 30 September 2027, you can cancel for free up to 31 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. If you’re staying between 1 October to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 31 March 2026, 1 to 30 April 2026, 1 October to 19 December 2026, 11 January to 31 March 2027, 1 to 30 April 2027 or 1 October to 19 December 2027, you can cancel for free until 5pm (local time), 90 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. All stays between 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 or 20 December 2027 to 10 January 2028 are non-refundable and cancellations will be charged in full at all times.

Two of the Hilltop Suites have the option for an interconnecting second smaller bedroom (POA).

The eight Ridge Suites are set along the skyline Ridge away from the main lodge with uninterrupted views across Hawkes Bay. These private abodes have a spacious bedroom and sitting area with a fireplace that opens out onto a large balcony. Ridge Suites feature large walk in wardrobes, full (wet) minibar, and spacious bathrooms with oversized tub, twin vanities and heated floors.

These 65sq m rustic Lodge Suites are located adjacent to the main building with a combined view of the golf course and Hawke's Bay. Close to all the central facilities, each room had a king-size bed and a spacious living room with a fireplace that opens out onto a private balcony. In the bathroom, you'll find an oversized bath tub, twin vanity sinks and heated floors. There's also a large walk in wardrobe and full (wet) minibar.
