Deposit Policy
Rosewood Cape Kidnappers requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.
For stays from 6 January to 14 December, a deposit of one night (including tax) is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and a valid credit card will be held on file to secure the booking. A 2.6% convenience fee is applied to all credit card payments.
For stays from 15 December to 5 January, full non-refundable prepayment (including tax) is required at the time of booking. A 2.6% convenience fee is applied to all credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
For stays from 1 May to 30 September for bookings of three rooms or less, cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival will be charged a $250 administration fee which will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of funds will be refunded; bookings can be postponed to a new date within six months of the original booking and the full deposit will be transferred. Cancellations made within 31 and 15 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking; those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
Special conditions apply for bookings of four rooms or more.
For stays from 6 January to 31 March, 1 to 30 April and 1 October to 14 December for bookings of three rooms or less, cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival will be charged a $250 administration fee which will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of funds will be refunded. Bookings can be postponed (up to 61 days before arrival) to a new date within six months of the original booking and the full deposit will be transferred. Cancellations made within 90 and 61 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking; those made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. Special conditions apply for bookings of four rooms or more.
For stays from 15 December to 5 January for bookings of three rooms or less, cancellations made before 1 September will be charged a $250 administration fee which will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of funds will be refunded.
