Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 May to 30 September for bookings of three rooms or less, cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival will be charged a $250 administration fee which will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of funds will be refunded; bookings can be postponed to a new date within six months of the original booking and the full deposit will be transferred. Cancellations made within 31 and 15 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking; those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. Special conditions apply for bookings of four rooms or more. For stays from 6 January to 31 March, 1 to 30 April and 1 October to 14 December for bookings of three rooms or less, cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival will be charged a $250 administration fee which will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of funds will be refunded. Bookings can be postponed (up to 61 days before arrival) to a new date within six months of the original booking and the full deposit will be transferred. Cancellations made within 90 and 61 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking; those made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. Special conditions apply for bookings of four rooms or more. For stays from 15 December to 5 January for bookings of three rooms or less, cancellations made before 1 September will be charged a $250 administration fee which will be deducted from the deposit and the balance of funds will be refunded. Cancellations made later will be charged in full. Special conditions apply for bookings of four rooms or more.
