Deposit Policy

Rosa Alpina requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For all room types (except the Penthouse Suite and Chalet Zeno), the deposit will be charged 31 days before arrival. If you’re booking the Penthouse Suite or Chalet Zeno, a non-refundable deposit of 30 per cent of the total stay is due when booking and the balance must be paid 31 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in all room types (except the Penthouse Suite and Chalet Zeno), cancellations made within 23 days of arrival, amendments, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays in the Penthouse Suite or Chalet Zeno, the 30 per cent deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made within 31 days of arrival, amendments, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full.

Deluxe Room

The 30–41sq m Deluxe Rooms vary between those with a south-facing balcony and those with a more spacious living area and bathroom. Each has traditional Ladin style, antique furnishings and a king-size bed or twin beds. There are 27sq m single options available, too, with a queen-size bed. Some overlook the mountains, some the village. In the ensuite bathroom, you’ll either have a walk-in shower and twin sinks or a bath tub with a shower. Connecting options and twin beds are available on request when booking.

Junior Suite

The 43–50sq m Junior Suites have a living area, ensuite bathroom with a bath tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks, and a double bed (twins on request). Connecting rooms are available on request when you book and an extra bed can be added for children. Some have a balcony. Each room also has free WiFi, a TV, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, Pure Green bath products and free bottled water; kettles and DVD players can be added on request.

Junior Executive Suite

Grand Suite

Loft Suite

In the wooden chalet wing, the 50sq m Loft Suites are open-plan, with a 10sq m, south-facing terrace. Penthouse

A secluded suite on the top floor of the hotel’s Engelstrakt wing, this 180sq m suite overlooks San Cassiano and the surrounding Dolomite peaks. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, and there’s a living and dining area, bar, kitchen and fireplace, as well as a private lift. The suite overlooks the mountains, woods and village. There’s a marble bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower. Chalet Zeno
