Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Rohet Garh requires a further deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Full payment will be taken 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made for free up to 15 days before arrival. Cancellations made 14 to seven days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of booking; cancellations made within seven days of stay will be charged in full.
