Deposit Policy

Playa Vik José Ignacio requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during peak season (22 December 2023 to 2 January 2024) and carnival season (17 to 21 February 2023 and 9 to 12 February 2024), full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking. For stays during high season (3 January to 26 February 2023 and 3 January to 29 February 2024), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. For stays during mid-season (27 February to 30 April 2023, 1 October to 21 December 2023 and 1 March to 30 April 2024), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. For stays during autumn/winter season (1 May to 31 July 2023), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due seven days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (22 December 2023 to 2 January 2024) and carnival season (17 to 21 February 2023 and 9 to 12 February 2024), all cancellations will be charged in full. For stays during high season (3 January to 26 February 2023 and 3 January to 29 February 2024), cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will be charged 25% of the stay. Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the stay; those made within 30 days will be charged in full. Modifications can be requested for free up to 30 days before arrival (subject to availability and rate changes). For stays during mid-season (27 February to 30 April 2023, 1 October to 21 December 2023 and 1 March to 30 April 2024), cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be charged 25% of the stay. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the stay; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. Modifications can be requested for free up to 14 days before arrival (subject to availability and rate changes). For stays during autumn/winter season (1 May to 31 July 2023), cancellations made more than seven days before arrival will be charged 25% of the stay. Cancellations made between six and three days before arrival will be charged 50% of the stay; those made within 48 hours will be charged in full. Modifications can be requested for free up to three days before arrival (subject to availability and rate changes). In cases when a partial charge is due for cancellation, the remaining balance will be refunded as credit for use on a future stay. No-shows will be charged in full at all times.

These 65-85sq m suites are inside the Sculpture, the hotel’s impressive, titanium-clad centrepiece. Valentina Suite is the largest (85sq m) of the suites, with inclined floor-to-ceiling windows, a king-size bed, unique red furniture and an ensuite bathroom has a bath tub big enough for two, a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each of these 97sq m casa has two terraces and garden views. Casa Blanca has two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, spacious bathroom and a large private terrace. Furnished mostly in neutral tones, the rooms have slate-tiled floors, wooden furniture and unique artwork hanging on the walls; floor-to-ceiling windows look out into the gardens and the striking ensuite bathrooms are made mostly from various types of glass. Furnished in dark neutrals, Casa Jose Ignacio has an eye-catching stone floor made of individual pebbles, large framed artworks and handsome wooden wall panelling. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. The guest bedroom has two bunkbeds and and a walk-in shower.
