Deposit Policy

Piazza di Spagna 9 requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays of one night a flat fee of €100 must be paid when booking. Exclusive Use bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25%.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made more than seven days in advance of arrival to avoid a fee. Exclusive Use bookings will forfeit the 25% deposit if cancelled at any time, bookings cancelled within 30 days will be charged in full.

Joy, Breath and The 9 are the hotel’s Junior Suites (28–33sq m). Each has a king-size bed, views overlooking the city or the hotel’s inner courtyard and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and L’Occitane bath products. Joy, dressed in bold colours, has sculptures and paintings by internationally recognised artists, and a separate seating area. The 9 overlooks Via Margutta from a small balcony and city views from the glass-walled shower in the ensuite bathroom. The largest junior suite, Breath, has a large balcony with interior courtyard views.
