Deposit Policy

Patina Maldives requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stay longer and save rate stays, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. For best flexible rate bookings, the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. For advance purchase rate offers, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. For stays during peak season (20 December 2024 to 5 January 2025), a 15% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 21 days before 18:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
