Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. This balance is due a week prior to arrival and will be charged directly by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the hotel at least 14 days before arrival to avoid any charges. Later cancellations will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay booked.
