Deposit Policy

Palais Gentile requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a penalty charge bookings must be cancelled by 3pm local time seven days before arrival. Bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival will be charged at 50 per cent of the total amount. If you don' cancel the booking in advance you will be charged the full amount.
