Deposit Policy

Orpheus Island requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The deposit is for both the room & transfers, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60 to 31 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the booking (including transfer costs); cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full (including transfer costs).
