Deposit Policy

Opsis Villas requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining 70% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival will incur a charge of 65 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 80 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
