Deposit Policy

One&Only Palmilla requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in the villas (One and Cortez) and the Ocean Front One&Only Pool Casita Suite between 2 January and 18 December 2023, cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days before arrival; those made within 30 days will be charged in full. For stays in all other rooms between 2 January to 30 April 2023 and 23 to 27 November 2023, cancellations are free of charge up to 28 days before arrival; those made within 27 days will be charged for two nights (or in full for stays shorter than two nights). For stays in all other rooms between 1 May to 31 July 2023, 1 October to 22 November 2023 and 28 November to 18 December 2023, cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival; those made within 20 days will be charged for two nights (or in full for stays shorter than two nights). For stays in all other rooms between 1 August to 30 September 2023, cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; those made within 13 days will be charged for two nights (or in full for stays shorter than two nights). For all stays (regardless of room type) between 19 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, cancellations made after 1 October will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
