One&Only Desaru Coast requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during peak season (22 December 2022 to 2 January 2023 and 22 to 31 December 2023), full payment is required no later than 30 days before arrival; reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours of booking. For stays during high season (30 September to 8 October 2022, 3 to 7 January 2023, 20 to 28 January 2023, 6 to 8 April 2023, 21 to 30 April 2023, 1 July to 26 August 2023, 29 September to 7 October 2023, 1 to 7 January 2024, 9 to 13 February 2024 and 28 to 30 March 2024), full payment is required no later than 14 days before arrival; reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours of booking. For stays during shoulder season (9 to 29 October 2022, 18 November to 21 December 2022, 10 to 18 March 2023, 1 to 5 April 2023, 9 to 20 April 2023, 1 to 6 May 2023, 27 May to 30 June 2023, 27 August to 9 September 2023, 8 October to 4 November 2023, 18 November to 21 December 2023, 11 to 27 March 2024 and 31 March 2024) and low season (30 October to 17 November 2022, 8 to 19 January 2023, 29 January to 9 March 2023, 19 to 31 March 2023, 7 to 26 May 2023, 10 to 28 September 2023, 5 to 17 November 2023, 8 January to 8 February 2024 and 14 February to 10 March 2024), full payment is required no later than seven days before arrival; reservations made within seven days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours of booking.
